    All you need to do now is access the "hostsfile" in your Operating system,"
    This is the list of hostnames and IP addresses, that your computer references whenever you engage with a known host name.

    you can locate the Hostsfile here 
    1. Windows NT: C:\WinNT\hosts
    2. Windows 2000: C:\WinNT\system32\drivers\etc\
    3. Windows XP: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    4. FreeBSD / Linux / Mac OS X / Unix operating systems: /etc/hosts

    Lastly open the hosts file with any editor like wordpad, or anything that can edit the file then add the following addresses that I have been research for how many months and update it all the time I see a new link of a adserver and then save it as it is "Hosts" without any extension.

I believe I am being tracked by malware?

When opening any video to full screen I cannot fast forward or rewind because an address pops over that part of the screen with an advertiser url.

In the case of a bad URL blocking your video play bar, you most likely have malware on your system. To remove it, you'll need an anti virus program that also removes Malware, such as McAfee, Kaspersky, or Norton. Sometimes malware can block the installation of these programs, so you'll need to carefully follow any installation steps and tips provided to be sure you've completely removed the malware.
