   As you can see, my lock screen is already unlocked and all we need to do is access the Telegram application which is right here in my social folder

   In case you change your mind, you added a person on the blocked list by accident or you decided to remove that person from the blocked list, you go back to the settings again, open the Privacy and Security menu and go to Blocked

    What you do is you slide backwards from right to left, and you'll see the "unblock" option

How can I block a person who blocked me on Telegram?

I mean after somebody blocked me, I try to block him too, but after any exit from tel he is not blocked again. I have tried: Many times I tried this
