Budget airlines have been popping up in Europe since the market was deregulated and many times, you can book a one-way ticket for as low as $20 a person. Of course, these airlines don't include much in your fare beyond a seat on the plane, and if you have a lot of luggage, you'll pay additional fees for the extra weight.
