- 4Now that we are in "Backup and reset", we will go over the three sub options of "Backup and restore". There are "Back up my data", "Backup account", and "Automatic restore". In this video, two options are turned on because all of the data is needed to be backed up. #* "Back up my data" reads: "Back up application data, WiFi, passwords, and other settings to Google servers." If we turn it off, all of our data might be lost. #* "Backup account" is important because we want all of our account information backed up from the device into our email account. If something happens, Google will have an extra copy of the account located at the email-address account. #* "Automatic restore" reads: "When reinstalling an application, backed up settings and data will be restored".We tap on "Backup and reset" once.

Questions and Answers
Backing up Samsung Note 10.1 2014?
I've broken the screen on my Samsung Note 10.1 2014. Before I see about getting fixed or replaced I want to find out how can I backup all my apps, data, settings and especially all the notes I made using an app called "lecture note". I have tried: Nothing - I can see I have backup and restore set up on a Google account.
