    The next window is a backup schedule which says that back up will be done every Sunday at 7:00 PM

    Click on "Change schedule" to change the schedule.

    In this window, you can choose how often, what day and what time you want the backup to take place

    The "Run backup on schedule" option can be unchecked to backup manually. Press "OK" to save the settings.

    Set your preferred settings and press "Save settings and exit" to finish
