Back-up a WordPress website without using a Plugin

Edited by Vanessa, Lynn

Sometimes using a WordPress website can be a pain, especially when you change something as simple as your theme and all of a sudden your site gets erased or corrupted. However, this can be an easy fix as long as you have backed up your site. When you back up your site you save every link you have ever added, every comment you have ever received and every page or post you have ever written. As long as you follow these simple step-by-step instructions, you will be able to restore your site back to the way it was before it had been erased. And the good news is: You can do all of this without even using a plugin!
