    While the photo is open, I tap on the square on the left bottom corner of the screen to Save to Camera Roll or Forward via Telegram

    I'm not going to do that because I just set up a function to save all the photos that I receive through Telegram automatically.

    Let's close Telegram by pressing the Home button

    Now, let's press the Photos icon and go to our Camera Roll

    To turn that option off, you need to go back to the Settings by pressing on the icon at the bottom left corner.

    From now on, all the pictures that you receive are not going to be automatically saved on your Camera Roll unless you do it manually.
