    First, click "Filters" at the top left-hand side of the window

    Then, move the cursor to "Light and Shadow"

    The lens flare is in the top-left corner by default.

    You can change the position of the flare by clicking where you want it to be in the preview picture

    You can also change the "X" and "Y" position values by typing the coordinates that you want in the boxes

    Alternatively, you can click the arrows on the right of each box.

    You can also click the units drop-down menu

    Then, click the measurement units that you want to use. The size of the flare cannot be changed.
