    First, click "Filters" at the top left-hand side of the window

    Then, move the cursor to "Noise"

    You can click and drag the image or click the scrollbars and arrows to navigate the preview

    If you cannot see the preview image, ensure that the "Preview" box inside the dialogue window is checked

    You can change the "Random seed" value

    You can do that by clicking the arrows or by simply typing the value that you want in the box on the right.

    Next, you can change the "Randomization (%)" and "Repeat" values
    .
    You can do it by clicking and dragging the scrollbar or by typing the number in the box on the right. Increasing "Repeat" will distort your image more.

    If you are satisfied with the settings, then click "OK" to apply them to the image
