Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today I will show you how to apply a new label to a single message in Gmail on the LG L70.
Steps
1
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top, right-hand side
.
2
Then swipe up to get to the home screen
.
3
The Gmail icon is on the home screen in this example
.
It is an icon of a white envelope with a red M on it. If Gmail is not on the home screen, it can be accessed through the Apps menu.
4
The Apps menu icon is on the bottom, right-hand side of the example
.
It is a grey box with a set of white squares inside of it.
5
Tap once on the Gmail icon to open it directly from the home screen
.
6
Tap once a an email to open and read the message
.
7
Tap on the three dots one time to access a pop-up
.
The dots are on the top red banner on the right-hand side. It looks like a bulleted list.
8
Tap once on the second option called "Change labels."
9
Now we can select from the labels that we would like to change by either removing or adding a new label, as indicated by the checkmark
.
10
Then press on "OK" when we are finished
.
11
We have now changed the label and moved the message from the Inbox into another folder since the Inbox label was removed
.

Press the bottom, center button to close this application and return to the home screen
.
