   First, click "Filters"

   Move the cursor to "Enhance" in the menu

   In the expanded menu that appears, click "Deinterlace..."

   A small dialogue box will appear with a preview of the image.

   If you can't see the preview, make sure that the box next to the word "Preview" is checked

   When it is checked, you will be able to see how your changes affect the image.

   You can click and drag the preview to navigate it

   Finally, you can click either "Keep odd fields" or "Keep even fields"
