Hi, you are watching VisiHow. My name is Kara, and today I will teach you how to apply colored eye pencils on your eyes. Let us begin.

Steps

  1. 1
As you can see I already have the highlight under my eyebrows and I have already applied black eyeliner
    .
The trick with the colored pencil is: it will look better if you use it together with black eyeliner. I am going to be using Avon ultraviolet eye pencil.

I'm going to apply it on the inner corner of my eye
    .
Pretend that you are trying to paint some dots.

Also, apply some to the inner bottom lash line.

Then apply some to the top of the black eyeliner
    .
Be very careful applying this type of liner because it has a very oily texture and if you press too hard you will end up with pieces of it on your eyelid.

In order to fix that I will be using a brush with a sharp and which is normally used for blending eyeshadow for the smoky eyes.

    Let's do the other eye
    .
Again, I am starting with the inner corner of the eye making little dots and continuing along the bottom lash line.

Continue by feathering it over your top eyelid, not too hard
    .
Don't worry if you get some of the pencil onto your black eyeliner. It will not completely cover the black, but it will add a shimmery effect. When you apply purple onto the black, it will create a blue color.
