Recover Android Device in case of Forgot password/pattern unlock an Android device

My Motorola Android says error message plug in USB cord which I did and nothing came up, it also said device was locked because the volume key button was pressed down. I cannot even get to main screen just a pic of the Motorola logo?

If the website had a virus or you suspect one, install an anti virus program like Malware Bytes to see if it can sniff out the virus. In the future, enable smart search in your Google Settings which gives you a warning about possible virus pages. If you still do not find any virus then it may be a hardware issue. These can be resolved at times with a hard reset or firmware update.
