How to sync PS3 controller connection?

I want to hook it up to the PPSSPP emulator

1. Download the program MotionJoy

2. Unzip and install the program

3. When the installation completes there will be a box to check to run "DS3_tool" Leave it checked when you exit the installer

4. Now plug the controller into the USB port and from the main menu select the "load driver" option

5. Now once the drivers are installed go to the "Profiles" tab. Select PS3 as the mode, and then hit enable and go to vibration testing. Once you feel the controller vibrate just click the "Game Controller Panel" button. This will allow you to set all the buttons so they all correspond to the game correctly.

In order to get it to work with the emulator, go into the control configuration for the emulator. It should be located somewhere like Config, Control Config, then once in the menu it should give you the option to map buttons to correspond to the PSP controls. Just go through each box, select it then hit the corresponding button on the PS3 controller. Do this for each button in the control config menu.
