    To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the lock button or the home button

    Swipe to the right and enter the Passcode or use the fingerprint scanner

    Find and tap once on the "Settings"" icon, which looks like a grey cog

    We need to scroll down until we find Notifications
    .
    Then find the FitBit icon, which will be towards the top of the applications because it is in alphabetical order.
