Tap "While Using the App" to grant Fitbit location access only when the app is in use
    .
A brief explanation of this level of permissions is located below. It says, "Access to your location is available only when this app or one of its features is visible on screen". With this selected, the app "uses your location to map your exercise."

Tap "Always" to grant Fitbit location access at all times
    .
The explanation reads, "Access to your location will be available even when the app is in the background." With this option, the location information can be "used to help journal your day". It will also map exercise. The blue checkmark will move to indicate whichever option we have selected.

We will tap "While Using the App"
    .
We recommend this option, because it won't drain the battery as much. With the "Always" option, the app would be running in the background all the time, using more battery.
