Hello and thank you for watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to adjust the screen timeout setting on the LG L70.
Steps
1
To begin, unlock the phone by pressing the power button on the top right-hand side, then swipe up
.
From the home screen, we can access the settings menu with two ways.
2
One way is by pressing on the Apps icon, which is in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
.
It's a gray box with a set of white squares inside of it. From there, we can locate "Settings", which is a gear-shaped icon.
3
We can also open our Notifications Panel by swiping down from the top of the screen
.
4
Access the settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right-hand corner
.
We will see four options across the top: "Networks", "Sound", "Display" and "General".
5
6
We can tap "Screen timeout" below the brightness setting
.
It's currently set to timeout "After 30 sec of inactivity".
7
We can change this setting by tapping the radio button next to "1 min", "2 min", "5 min", "10 min", "15 min", or "Keep screen turned on"
.
We'll change it to "1 min".
8
Now it says "After 1 min of inactivity" under "Screen timeout"
.
9
We can close this screen and go back to the home screen by pressing the bottom center button one time
.
