   First, click "Colors" on the horizontal menu at the top of the screen

   If "Toolbox" covers it, then move it.

   Then, click "Brightness-Contrast..." in the menu

   A dialogue box will appear so that you can adjust your settings.

   You can click the "Preset" drop-down menu

   If you have not saved any presets, this menu will be empty.

   Click "Edit these Settings as Levels" to bring up the "Levels" pop-up window
