- 2There are other VisiHow videos on how to do that. In this example, we've already opened an existing document. Once we've done this, our screen will look similar to the one in the tutorial. We'll have a tab at the left-hand side. Any other documents will be listed along the top as well.Once we have Photoshop opened, we should either create a new document or open an existing one.

- 7We can drag it left or right to adjust the contrast levels. As we can see the screen will get darker (less saturated) or lighter (more saturated) depending on in which direction we slide it. We will see that the "Contrast" number changes too.If we purely only need to adjust the contrast, then we click and drag the slider located under "Contrast".

- 15We will see that some brightness will be added and contrast taken away.If we are satisfied with the changes, we click "OK".
