You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how you can add the Explorer Pack to your The Elder Scrolls Online game and play any race, in any alliance. To do this, you will need to open a web browser and sign into your account.

   Scroll down to the Mac dock at the bottom of the screen and click to open a browser

   Look at the list of options running down the left of the page, under "My Account"

   In the pop-up window, click in the "Enter Code" field

   .

   Note that we must enter our Game Registration Code first. This is because membership time codes and promotional codes are all tied to our game account. Without a game account, other codes will not be recognized as valid.

   Paste the game code, or type it, into the "Enter Code" field

   Click "REDEEM CODE"

   After a moment, we will receive a pop-up that our code has successfully been redeemed.

   Read the confirmation pop-up

   It says, "Congratulations! You have successfully redeemed a Key Code for The Elder Scrolls Online. These items... Explorer's Pack ...are in the process of being fulfilled to your account".

   Click the "X" in the top right of the pop-up to close it

   This will take us to our billing history area.

    Review the information

    We can see that we have registered The Elder Scrolls Online. We also have the 750 Crown Pack and the Explorer's Pack. All of the items that we have set for our account are there. We are now ready to download the game, which we will show in our next tutorial.

How do I fix an invalid code for the elder scrolls online explorer pack?

I just bought ESO and in the box, came a code to redeem to get it, and its invalid, even though its correctly typed. It didn't tell me what to do if my code included isn't valid
