Edited by Freya, Robert, Eng
Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to add a shape to a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone
.
2
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen
.
3
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode
.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
4
Find the Keynote icon which is blue and tap it once to open the application
.
The phone is always horizontal while using the Keynote application. Once we've opened the app, we can see our different documents are open.
5
Tap on a presentation to open it
.
6
Tap on the "+" icon at the top
.
This brings up some different options for us to choose from.
7
Tap on the square icon at the top which indicates shapes
.
8
Swipe the screen right or left to browse what shapes we can have
.
9
Tap on a shape to select it and add it to the presentation
.
10
Use the blue dots around the shape to adjust the shape and size
.
11
Tap and drag the center of the shape to adjust the placement
.
The horizontal and vertical lines show us the placement on the page to be sure everything is centered. There is also a diagonal line to tell us if it's in proportion.
12
Tap outside of the shape to finish editing and add it to the presentation
.
13
Tap on "Presentations" in the top-left corner to go back to where we began, with our new saved shape
.
14
Now you know how to add a shape to a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6
.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them into the section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you. Thank you for using VisiHow.
