Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to add a location to a tweet using the Twitter application on the HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the top of the phone

   Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

   .

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and multiple icons at the bottom. It is one of these icons that we will access to open up the applications folder.

   Tap the icon that looks like a grid of white dots, that is located at the bottom of the screen in the middle to open the applications folder

   Find the Twitter application, and tap on it once to open the application

   The Twitter application has a blue background with a white bird on it, with the word "Twitter" underneath it. Your Twitter application may be in a different position in this folder, therefore you will need to find it.

   We need to create a new tweet, and we can do that by tapping on the icon in the bottom-left corner that has a grey pen inside of a box

   To add our location to the tweet, tap on the icon in the bottom-left corner that looks like a grey pin

   This will open up some options.

   We might have different options if we're in a city, or it might be a country depending on how it knows where we are. As we can see, it has added a pin icon next to the location we've chosen which means when we send a tweet it will have this location in it.
