The first thing you need to do is open the Opera web browser

My Opera shortcut is on my desktop, but yours may be somewhere else. Just locate it and open it. To open Opera, double click it and wait for it to load. Once it's fully loaded, it might open the home page or websites and tabs that weren't closed the last time the browser was used.

To add websites to the Speed Dial, open a new tab, then press Speed Dial in the lower left corner of the window

Tap it once, and you will be presented with the current window.

From here, there are several options to add a website to the Speed Dial
.
The first option is to click on the plus sign that is at the end of the list.

Another way is to right-click on the open space and click "Add to Speed Dial"
.
Once you choose to add something to the Speed Dial you will be presented with a new window. In the new window, there is a search bar, and you will have to enter the URL of the website.

For this example, I will add "VisiHow.com" and press "Add it" to the right of the search bar
