Add a website to the Home Screen of your iPhone or iPad with the iOS share function. Creating home screen shortcuts to frequently visited sites and or pages is an excellent way to access relevant information without having to open Safari first.
Creating a bookmark to the site or page isn't necessary for adding it to your home screen. You are free to bookmark it, of course; however, it's not a prerequisite.
In the following Visi guide, we'll show how to add a website shortcut to the home screen of your iPhone or iPad. For this article, we used an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.5.

For additional options, tap+hold your website shortcut/icon until a menu appears. Select Delete Bookmark or Share Bookmark.
