Add Viber Notifications to the Lock Screen on Microsoft Lumia 535

Hello and welcome to VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to add notifications from the 'Viber' application to the lock screen of the Microsoft Lumia 535.

- 2In the bottom right-hand corner, there is a notification from the 'Outlook' email service. it has the Microsoft Outlook icon with the number 1 next to it. This is because we have chosen to have the Outlook notifications appear on the lock screen. Now we will show you how to add Viber notifications to the lock screen.Swipe the lock screen up, and that will take us to the home screen.

- 5Here, we can add some different applications by tapping on one of the 5 white squares. The squares with the plus sign are empty. The other icons are Outlook, Messages, and Phone. These all show us notifications when we have messages or phone calls from these applications. Press down on a free space or press down on an icon to overwrite it. We're going to press down on one of the free options. This will show a list of all of the different applications and we can choose any of them to add.Scroll down to 'Choose apps to show quick status'.

We will show you now by sending a message to the Viber application. We will now lock the phone by pressing the power button on the right-hand side.The 'Viber' icon has been added to the square.
