Append Text in the next line in same cell?

I have an excel tracker in which we made a cell as "Activity". . Day1: My team follow up with teams to provide work efforts and In the activity cell they mention as "@8/2/2016 - Sent request for assessment". . Day3: Team follow up again for work effort and they append details in the same in activity cell against that request "@8/5/2016 - Followed up with Team". . Day4: If work efforts are received they will continue with other activity and update the cell with "@8/6/2016 - Sent request to get quotes". . so all these updates should happen in the single row and in one particular cell we track activities with dates. Please advise what code should be applied in the vba.. I have tried: Private Sub CmdSubmit_Click()

   'find nextrow in the data sheet
   nextrow = Worksheets("Data").Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row + 1
   'write the values from this form to excel row
   With Worksheets("Data")
       .Cells(nextrow, 1).Value = Me.TxtCRQ
       .Cells(nextrow, 2).Value = Me.LstRegion.Value
       .Cells(nextrow, 3).Value = Me.LstSite.Value
       .Cells(nextrow, 4).Value = Me.LstProgram.Value
       .Cells(nextrow, 5).Value = Me.LstSDM.Value
       .Cells(nextrow, 6).Value = Me.Activity
   End With. I think it was caused by: .Cells(nextrow, 6).Value = Me.Activity

In this cell I need to append latest activity details every time I do some activity on the request.

How would I add text and a slash into a cell in Google sheets?

I want add text and a slash into a cell on Google sheets that contains two groups of numbers. Example original data is 021808109 12345678 contained in one cell, I want to add text of CA/ to the beginning and a slash between the two numbers. The above would then be CA/021808109/12345678. I can see that the Concatenate formula would allow me to add the CA/ at the beginning but how can I also add the slash (/) between the two sets of numbers?. old cell new cell after formula. 021808109 12345678 CA/021808109/12345678. Adding an additional character in the middle of the cell instead of at the end. I have tried: I have tried the concatenate but it doesn't seem to be able to add that middle slash. I think it was caused by: I think this may be a more complex formula than I have dealt with before still learning.
