We can edit the post as normal, and then we have the option underneath to share with everyone, and share to Facebook or Twitter. For example, if we only want to share with our friends, then we click on the middle option with two people which is now "friends", which is indicated above. The padlock is "only you".

We can also share to Facebook if it's our friends or everyone, and we can share to Twitter as well, once we allow access. The only reason it asks for access to Twitter and not Facebook is because we're logged into Facebook. However, if we're logged in with email, it will ask for access to Facebook as well.
