Steps

    To find the Gallery application, tap on the application folder
    .
    The applications folder is located in the lower-right corner of the home screen. You may also find the Gallery app on your home screen

    Once you have found the Gallery icon, tap on it once

    Now, tap on a photo that you want to edit add to which you want to add a frame

    Once a photo has been found, tap on the menu button at the bottom of the device

    The menu button is located next to the home button. Once it is tapped, you will see a series of different options.

    Now, tap on "Edit" once
    .

    Now, tap the seventh option, "Frames", at the bottom of the screen

    You will have a series of different frames that we can choose on the lower panel of the screen. Our photo has no frame now.

    Once you have selected a frame that you like, tap on "Save"
