Edited by Grimm, JellyBean, Eng
You're watching VisiHow. In this tutorial, we're going to show you how to update contact details with Facebook photos on your iPhone 6.
Steps
1
To begin, one press on the Home button opens the Lock screen
.
2
Give it a swipe across and enter a PIN or passcode, or press and hold a finger on the Home button at the bottom
.
3
Once that's done, we'll be on the Home screen
.
4
We're looking for the "Settings" icon
.
It's a silver and gray box with a series of gears inside, and it's labeled "Settings" underneath.
5
One press on "Settings" will take us into the main Settings panel
.
We'll know this because it says 'Settings' at the top.
6
Scroll down, and we're looking for "Facebook"
.
7
Give "Facebook" a single press
.
8
Note that in order to use this feature, we need to have signed in to "Facebook" through the iPhone 6 in this particular panel
.
We have a video tutorial on how to do that. If you're unsure about how to do that, make sure to visit that video.
9
Otherwise, what we're looking for now is "Update All Contacts" at the bottom
.
"Photos and usernames are automatically updated for Facebook friends".
10
Let's tap on "Update All Contacts"
.
11
Now, Facebook is going to begin "Updating Contacts"
.
12
Depending on how many of our Facebook friends are in our contacts list, we'll get a notice that they were updated
.
13
In this case, 29 contacts were updated
.
At least 29 more contacts now have a Facebook photo attached to them, as opposed to no photo.
14
This concludes our tutorial on how to update your iPhone 6 contacts list with Facebook account details for your friends, family, and other folks
.
If you have questions or comments, make sure to leave them in the section below. Otherwise, we will look forward to seeing you in our other videos. Thanks and have a great day!
