If the "import from SIM" option is grayed out, then it is advised to install the SIM card into another (previous) phone and save contacts on an SD card from there (or share them by Bluetooth with the new phone). You can use the SD card to import contacts to the new phone. Then, go to the carrier and ask them to replace your SIM card. Some Lumia-phone and SIM-card combinations do not support the "import from SIM" feature.

New contacts, Lumia 535, Win10 installed?

Not able to add new contact, Win10 is on the phone, I don't have keyboard to enter data. I have tried: Read all I can find. I think it was caused by: Don't know
