It's a very useful function because it allows us to enter a particular day, and we can see what we have planned during that day. We can just quickly add an event to any time that we want.

   Choose any day

   Let's choose a day in the future, such as, for example, the 26th of June. Press down on "26", then press down on it again to actually enter the day.
