You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how you can add an advert to your favorites, view your favorites and remove an advert from your favorites on the Gumtree application on the iPhone 6.

   To begin, unlock the phone

   Either press the lock button on the side, or the home button at the bottom.

   Swipe from left to right across the screen

   Enter the passcode, or press a finger to the home button to use the fingerprint scanner

   Find the Gumtree application

   .

   The icon is white with a tree on it. Tap once to open up the app. It will automatically take us to our home page, which is indicated by the green house icon in the bottom left corner. We can browse adverts on the home page, or search using the bar at the top. In any case, we need to have an advert open.

   Tap a thumbnail for an advert to open

   We can scroll to view all of the details and contact information.

   Press the icon shaped like an orange outline of a star in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

   The star turns completely orange, and the app says "Added To Favourites"

   Press "Home" in the top left corner

   Scroll to the "Favourites" section

   We can see that the car we just tapped on has been added into our favorites.

    To remove it, tap on the advert's thumbnail

    Tap on the orange star again

    It is now back to how it was before.

    We can see our favorites are here, on our home page. We can browse through by scrolling horizontally. Also, along the bottom menu bar, favorites are indicated by a star.

    Press "Favourites" in the bottom bar

    This takes us to the "Favourites" page. All of our favorites are listed here. It's very easy for us to access them again, even if some time has passed.
