Activate God Mode in Windows 7
Edited by Lukward Thomason, Ash0hley, Eng
Hi. You're watching VisiHow, and this is a tutorial on how to add a so-called God Mode folder, on Windows 7 computers.
Steps
1
Start out by creating a new folder anywhere in the computer
.
For the sake of this tutorial, we are going to create a folder on the desktop. To create a folder, we need to right-click the desktop.
2
Hover the mouse over "New"
.
3
From this sub-menu, we need to choose "Folder"
.
4
Now we have to name the folder
.
We have specifically created a ".txt" file on the desktop, which contains the name of the folder.
5
We can name the folder anything that we like, as long as it contains at least one character followed by ".{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}"
.
For example, I'm going to copy everything, including the dot, and not copy the actual name "God Mode".
6
Now we are going to name the folder, by right-clicking it, and clicking "Rename"
.
7
We can input anything here, but we'll name it "VisiHow"
.
8
Now, paste the text that we copied and hit enter
.
9
The folder icon has changed
.
10
Now let's double-click it, and a new window will open
.
From this window, we will have access to almost all of the Control Panel features. We can see that the list is huge. We can close this window.
11
This concludes our tutorial on how to add a so-called God Mode folder to Windows 7 computers
.
Thank you for watching VisiHow. If you have any other comments or questions, please leave them in the "Comments" section below.
