    Turn the phone on by pressing the power button on the right side of the phone

    Tap the Microsoft Office tile

    The Office tile appears as a white 3D square on an orange background. If the Office tile is not pinned to the home screen it can be found in the App menu, which can be accessed by swiping from right to left.

    Tap "OneDrive" to open the OneDrive directory

    OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud system that can be used on multiple devices. It allows files to be stored online and accessed from different locations and devices. For example, if you have created a document on your computer and saved it to your OneDrive, you will be able to access and download that document on your phone so you can edit it using the Microsoft Office app. Having tapped on "OneDrive", all the documents and folders stored in the OneDrive directory will be listed on the screen. If there are no files displayed, there are no files saved in the OneDrive.

    Tap the file you would like to open

    The entire document will be displayed, and can be reviewed and edited in the Microsoft Office app. For example, if you need to prepare a document for work you will be able to access and edit the document from anywhere you have cellular or wireless internet service, such as the train on the way to work in the morning.
