A woman we both friended recently only texts or calls my boyfriend instead of me! what should I think?

My boyfriend and I just befriended a woman yesterday and we all exchanged emails and he gave her his # as well but I didn't have hers because she didn't have her cell at the time. I wrote her an email telling her that it was nice meeting her and sent her my cell and I found out today that she only emailed, texted and called him. according to him, innocent on her part but he hasn't planned on telling me even though he has no interest in her. the thing we all have in common is that we're Jewish and she kept going on about being 42 and not having found a husband or having children. how should I handle this? she seems to like him beyond friendship because her mother made a "joke" about lending him for a year. she emailed my boyfriend saying how she could've talked to him all night. I've been in a past relationship where my ex used to always talk to and befriend other women and made me feel insecure even though he never cheated on me. My situation is different due to both of us befriending someone at the same time. there was no prior friendship. I have tried: I emailed her sending my # and also texted her and sent her a message on messenger and no response. she asked him all kinds if questions about me when she could of very well called me. I think it was caused by: She probably is desperate for a man and she likes my boyfriend
