Seeing unknown wireless network on my computer?

Last days I received a mail from unknown person and I replied to him, now when I login to my that account ,only that time I see there are some other WiFi connections available to connect with them, those connections are continuously appearing with different names. I have tried: I have deleted mails from that person, made my browser settings to default, removed all cookies from browser.
