Writing an invitation letter to a big group of managers at work?
Hi. I'm inviting 30 of my managers and directors from the company for which I'm working to a work meeting.
When you're writing to a large group of managers and directors at your company, it's best to send a mass email to all of them at once. This way, they know who's invited, how many people will be there, and how to plan what they want to say at the meeting so everything gets covered. Keeping that in mind, you can follow this simple outline to write a proper invitation letter to your managers and directors:
I'd like to schedule a meeting with you all on [Day], [Date], at [Time] at [Place]. We will be discussing [Reason for meeting] at this meeting, so be sure to bring any materials that you want to cover during the meeting with you.
I look forward to seeing all of you so we can discuss our business and how we can increase it.
Thank you for your time,
Of course, this is a simple guideline. Add and subtract things as necessary so you can get your points across to your managers so you can have a successful meeting.
