As far as we understand, your coworker and you are to fly to another city for a conference. If it is so, then you can use the draft below for your own e-mail message to your colleague.

Dear [the name of your coworker]:

I am writing you to discuss our arrangements before the [name of the conference] conference. I am from the [name of the department], and I would like to know if you have information on our [my] flight to [city] and the booked hotel details. I have not been apprised of these yet, and I thought that it was best to contact you first as I was told that we were to attend the meeting together. If you have no information, would you like me to order a flight and book a hotel for us?

An email to my colleagues to schedule a sales and service meeting?

Dear, thank you for the offer I really appreciate it as I really don't know where to start. Okay, I work in a bank and my manager had asked me to be the one in charge of the sales and service plan as the service advisor of the branch. I don't know how to start the email I will send to my colleagues, basically the meeting will be just about the idea and then also inform them to be divided in team of 2: Sales and Service and then they will choose who will be head of each team, then last about the prizes that will be worn by the best performing team. The email is to be sent to 18 people in my department. I want the email to look informative and capturing, thanks a million. I have tried: Nothing really. I think it was caused by: I am not a presenting person, I have not presented before.
