Would eating garlic help get rid of what I feel coming or irritating my throat?

I feel something coming up my throat and it feels disgusting. I swallow whenever I feel this happening and even vomited to see if I see any "wrigglies" but did not. I fear the worst . what can I do to stop this? I know it's not acid. Would eating garlic help this and are you a medical doctor?

What kind of parasites could this be and what can I do about it?

I had a problem the doctor say scabies or parasites but I felt a worm crawling on my face during and since treatment . I can feel something crawling under my skin like in my veins . I noticed it on top of my feet first in the vain and painful as it moved up ward in my body. First on top of the feet up front to my leg than thigh than stomach than my sides and up to ribs which made it hard to breath while moving paining and arms my wrist oh and when it go through a part of my body where there is not much fat like the heel or back of the wrist its painful and to feel it crawling under the skin and you can do anything try to mesh but that dose no good. I felt that I was over the scabies and this is something else. As it move through my body up toward my face ears head eyes be paining as well. It came to me to get a glove of garlic and eat it just started yesterday. The doctor telling me this is going to go away but it hasn't . It's such a awful feeling something crawling under your skin you can feel it but not see it. It didn't mess a area on my body I could feel them as they was covered territory. I had just a little of the permethrin left and when I feel it crawling with the pain I applied the cream and it stops for than. I have no more cream and it seems to stop it for, then they start again in. Please Help. Thank you, I never went through anything like this. I'm seeking help. I think It maybe different because of how they migrate through the body and the pain that come along with it. I have tried: The permethrin cream and Ivermectic pills for two weeks didn't work . A month later the doctor gave me the same medicine for eight straight weeks to take once a week. Been off now for about two weeks and just in different parts of the body they are still crawling under my skin feet, ankles, sides of the feet, groaning area, wrist ,bottom of my stomach with the pain. It wake me up at night. I think it was caused by: What caused the problem is a pillow I bought from a guy that sells products that help with arthritis pain. When he showed me the pillows It was stained and on the floor but he had a lot of them. so I got the best looking one. I use to work for the guy. I figured I'd spray the pillow and I put it in a black plastic bag for a year than I vacuumed the pillow and thought it was safe. Next day I had no more pain but I had this problem bugs . I though away my top mattress and got another after spraying it didn't seem to work and I sprayed for lice, ticks, mites, you name it and bought stuff across the counter before having to go to the doctor. This been going on for over a year now. But it took a year for whatever else this is to start with crawling under my skin it wasn't like this at fist. At first I could pick these things off me. This pain and the crawling under my skin came later after the two weeks of treatment when I had to wait a month before I could see the doctor.
