Questions and Answers

My battery life display went from green to white when fully charge or gray?

How can I get the green back?

Your battery icon is now white instead of green because of your phone's Android 4.4 Kit Kat update, which changed the look of your device. Unfortunately, there is no way to get the original green battery icon back. If you want a green battery icon, you can look at this Battery Widget, but it won't replace the white icon in the left part of your notifications bar.

My cell phone says battery disconnected when I'm trying to charge?

Keeps saying battery disconnected and I've tried two batteries and got the same result.

The Battery Disconnected warning happens to a lot of Samsung phone owners. Unfortunately, it's a result of a bent battery connector inside your phone; you will need to take your phone in to a certified technician to get this issue fixed.
