My USB tethering is disabled and not able to connect to my PC? I am using Samsung A5 2015 model.

Hi, It will be great help if you could find some solution for my USB tethering being disabled. I have tried to turn off but no use, and I am not able to connect my phone to PC. Thank you. I have not found a suitable solution for my phone.
