Why is my Galaxy Samsung S2 i777 stuck in the logotype? How can I reset it without erasing all of my data?

A day ago, my phone had a low battery charge. Then, I charged it. When I turn on my phone, it keeps showing the logotype.

The frozen logotype screen can be caused by a firmware or software error. You might be in luck if it is the latter. In that case, you need to take out the battery for a couple of minutes, put it back, and perform steps 1 through 6 in the tutorial on resetting Samsung smart devices. Then, instead of wiping data, select "wipe cache partition". Select "reboot system now".

If that did not solve the logotype problem, then erasing internal memory is inevitable. Start with hard-resetting your device. In the worst-case scenario, flash a new ROM to your device: in step 1, download the proper firmware from this Web page.

What is the process to factory reset my Samsung S4 without losing my data (Photos, Notes, phone nos etc)?

I have problem with my S4 the battery seems to drain even though I have purchased a new battery and done all the precautions to avoid battery drainage. This is the first time I will be doing the factory reset and need to do it right. I have tried: Power save etc all have been done but the battery seems to drain in about 5 to 8 hours max. I think it was caused by: I think it is something that I downloaded and is running in the background
