Questions and Answers

Where is the SIM card? Are SIM cards the 2 little gold things in the back of the phone?

Is the SIM card already in the phone? I see 2 little gold things with green already in the back of the phone. Are those the SIM cards?

The color of your SIM card will depend on your carrier. If you are in the US and use AT&T, for example, your SIM card will be orange and white. All SIM cards, regardless of the carrier from which they come, have gold contacts on the back. This is where the information is stored, and it's what your phone uses to read the information from your SIM card to connect to your carrier's network. Keeping this information in mind, your Samsung Galaxy Note3's SIM card is located above the battery and to the right. You will see your carrier's colors; the card is in a slot. Your Galaxy Note3 shipped with a SIM card already installed, so you will not need to move the card unless your phone is not connecting to your network. If it's not, simply turn your phone off, remove the battery, pop the SIM card out, put it back in, and turn your phone back on. If you're still having issues, you'll need to stop into your carrier's nearest store to replace either the SIM card or your phone.
