If you turn on your phone and seeing only a manufacturer's logo. A part of the operating system has gone corrupted in some way or something might have triggered to cause this problem. What you can try to do is to power off the phone and leave it for a couple of minutes and turn it back on then check. You can also reset the phone and try. If the problem persist, it is best that you contact the nearest phone service center to check the phone and might need to reinstall the operating system.

This sounds like a software issue with your device not fully booting up, this happens when a virus gets on your device or something you downloaded has caused a malfunction on your device. You can option to perform the Hard Reset options located on the site in order to help reset the device.

I had forgotten the pattern lock of my Samsung Galaxy Y gt-S5360..I had Hard Reset it, it is now in bootloop. What do I have to do?

You must have somehow damaged the original firmware during the Hard Reset process. Try a wipe data process a couple more times and see if the bootloop problem still continues. If it does, you'll have to flash an original stock ROM back onto your phone using the ODIN software.

You'll also need Samsung drivers for your PC, which you can get by installing Kies here:

Next, you'll need the ODIN software here:

The stock ROM for your Galaxy Y should match the country the phone was intended for. You can download the correct version for your phone here:

How to repair or reset format sir so you can help me sir in this problem?

It seems like the system got stuck somewhere based on your description. You will have to do a Hard Reset in order to refresh the entire system. You can do this by pressing the power and volume buttons simultaneously and holding it for a few seconds until you see the system restarting.
