When I format my Grand Prime, I cannot move forward due to the previous synced email?
I am unable to move forward in formatting process after I move to accept the Samsung user agreement ..they ask me the previous synced email which I do not have?. I have tried: Volume up+home+power button. I think it was caused by: Cannot go forward due to old Google account saved in my phone
