What to do? How to unlock this without deleting all the messages left in the phone?

You'll likely not be able to get into your phone without doing a Factory Reset. This is a security function that is meant to keep out thieves, though in your case it's working against you.

How to unlock the phone password?

My device is password protected but I forgot the password neither it asks for Google account.
