How to sweeten harsh and rough voice through natural cures and remedies?

Sir I have harsh and rough voice. I want to soften it without having surgical operations. I want this to be done with natural processes and natural remedies which could be prepared at home or is easily available at stores, shops etc.. The suggestions listed here are those which I already followed. I never smoke or drink, also I take healthy and nutritious diet. Though I don't follow balanced diet, I take all the required nutrition from raw fruits and vegetables. I even run every morning and regularly exercise every day. Sir I can't swim very well. Sir I also don't want to be operated for the problem. I want it to be cured naturally!
