What if your vehicle doesn't have "tow eyes"?

Where do you attach the chain/rope if your vehicle doesn't have tow eyes?. I have tried: Nothing. I just want to make sure I don't do it wrong.. I think it was caused by: .

The best solution in that case is checking the manual of the car that you tow. There is a section on emergency towing. There are receivers on the frame rails of some cars, but you may need a special hook. Also, you can remove a small plastic cover on the bumper or grill. Connect a tow hook from the trunk of the towed car to the exposed hole under the cover or grill. Some cars have A-shaped control arms made of steel mounting to the subframe for a J-hook connection in the lower leg. On suspension with I-shaped links, connect the hook to the knuckle. The last place to hook a car is running an axle strap through the wheel.
