Can I mix cetaphil with clindamycin hydrochloride, and can I mix clindamycin hydrochloride with apple cider vinegar and use it as a face toner?

With the cetaphil one can I mix that two and use it as a facial cleanser every day and night, and with the apple cider one can I mix that two and use it as a toner. BTW, I have so many clogged pores and hormonal zits on my forehead and cheeks and I have black heads on my nose and cheeks, how can I get rid of it? I'm only 14 years old.. I have tried: Benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, lemon JUICE, Aloe Vera, ice on my face, eskinol, clean n clear etc. I think it was caused by: My lifestyle and the weather here in Philippines.
