Reverse, retaliatory. pentesting, location and unnamed questionable practices

Pentesting is good because you are able to work on the security of another computer via remote connection. However, it requires that both computers are connected to the internet, otherwise it will not work. Reverse pentesting seems like a good idea as well but not too many people are familiar with it.
