If your Tablet does not have internet access what you can do to unlock it is by doing a Hard Reset. This Hard Reset will delete what you have on the phone, but on the internal storage only will be affected. Meaning, all will be gone, wipe or deleted. I am not sure which phone you have but you can try to follow the generic steps below to reset your phone:

1. Turn off your phone. Simply press and hold the power and select the turn off on screen or take the battery out and put it back in.

2. Press and hold the series of buttons, please try them all:

Press and hold Volume Up then the Power button

Press and hold Volume Down then the Power button

Press and hold Volume Up + Home button then the Power button

Press and hold Volume Down + Home button then the Power button

Once you feel a vibration, let go of the power button only and continue press the other buttons. If there is no vibration after a couple of seconds, you can simply wait for about 20 seconds or once you see and icon on screen for Android, let go of the buttons.

Normally, the solution to this issue is to perform a hard-reset. A Hard Reset is a process commonly used by Tablet and phone technicians to reset or to restore the device's settings to default. It also erases all downloaded and installed files on the phone and only installs the basic or the default apps. Performing a hard-reset can be simply done by pressing the three keys at the same time which are the Home key, the Power key and the Volume up or down key then wait for the Android logo to appear on the screen. Once the logo appear, release all the three buttons to boot the phone in the Android recovery mode. Then simply select the "Wipe Data/Reset" using the volume keys to navigate and pressing the Power key to select. Then confirm it by selecting "Yes" to proceed resetting your phone. After successful reset, your phone will reboot and it will now unlock your locked password on your phone.

Recently, there is a newly developed free software powerful enough to unlock pattern-locked smart phones or tablets even without performing a Hard Reset. The software is called "Android Multi Tools".

You can download the tool from a number of sites on the internet.

After downloading the file, simply extract it on your Laptop or PC then install making sure that the "Android ADB Interface" is fully installed and appear in the device manager.

Connect your Android phone to your PC using its generic USB cord then start the tool. Wait for the drivers to be installed on your PC then simply press 1 on your PC's keypad to check your smart phone if the tool successfully detect it then press 4 to reset your forgotten or lost Google account (even if you don't have a Google account). After performing this method, your password will now be reset to default.

How can I log into my Google account when my phone isn't connected to the internet?

You'll have to connect to the internet to log into your Google account. There should be options on the lock screen to turn on the WiFi or cellular network radios so you can log into your account.

The above questions are from the following wiki...

How do I login in my phone when I have lost the pattern and don't have WiFi enabled?

I changed my pattern, but I have forgotten it, now the only way to get in my phone is via my Google ID, I know the ID and password, but I don't have data or WiFi enabled.

If you do not have WiFi enabled on your device when it is locked then you are not going to be able to change this setting being that you cannot get into the device. If you are not able to get into the device using your pattern unlock or using your Gmail information then you are going to need to perform a Hard Reset on your device:

Was this helpful? Yes | No | I need help

-Power off your device

-Hold the power button + volume up key

-Once your device reaches the boot menu use the volume keys to highlight Factory Reset

-Press the power button to make the selection

-After you have confirmed your selection then you will need to use your volume keys to highlight the reboot device option

-Press the power button to make the selection

These options above will allow you to be able to Hard Reset your device, erase your memory then be able to use your device once again without the lock on the screen.

You don't want this one daniel bot. I'm an xda DEV and we're practicing reverse pentesting?

Reverse, retaliatory. pentesting, location and unnamed questionable practices

Pentesting is good because you are able to work on the security of another computer via remote connection. However, it requires that both computers are connected to the internet, otherwise it will not work. Reverse pentesting seems like a good idea as well but not too many people are familiar with it.
